Program Registration


Eligibility

Physician Approval Form Required – If you fall into one of these categories:
•    Full-time students: OVER 35 years old
•    ALL Part-time students
•    All Faculty, staff and alumni regardless of age
•    All Non NU Students
             Physician approval form (pdf)

Fees
Fall = $50.00
Spring = $50.00
Summer I or Sumer II = $25.00
Both Summer I and Summer II = $45.00
The semester fee entitles participants to classes for the whole semester (limited to one class per day).  Please pay online by Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Husky Card, or E-Check.
Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 2
Pay Online using the payment link that appears after submitting registration form..

Step 3
Wait to receive your username and password confirmation email. 24-48 hours (72 on weekends)

Step 4
Log in using your Shape.net login information- See information below.

 

Login Information:
Username: last name-(hyphen)first name (no spaces or apostrophes)
Password:
New members= last name (no spaces or apostrophes)
Returning members= Your current password or choose the yellow highlighted forgot password link on the Shape.net link.

**Passwords expire every 90 days; you will be prompted to change passwords at that time.

Fall 2014 registration will begin on Wednesday, August 27th at 12:00pm.
Classes will begin Monday, September 8th.
