Hmmm, good question. I am at Northeastern for history, and I love it, but I would also like to go to grad school for nutrition (I know, figure that one out); I want to be a food anthropologist or a writer. If all else fails, I would be perfectly happy owning a bed and breakfast and making scones every morning!

My favorite workout would have to be running with my sister. We keep each other motivated and get to catch up on each other’s lives. At the gym, I love taking Cardiosculpt or Total Body Sculpt- or anything really, as long as it gets me sweaty and less stressed : )

Once you find an exercise routine you like, get creative and start adding new variations to it each time so that you don't get bored and lose your motivation to keep working out. If you run out of ideas, try taking different group fitness classes for new inspiration....especially that class you always avoid because you don't think you'll be good at it!
