Quote or Advice to new exercisers: Start by making an effort to try something new every week, and then set small, realistic goals for incorporating your favorite exercise into your life. If you've never committed to an exercise program before, don't expect that cycling 5 days a week, for instance, will be an easy life adjustment and commitment! The gradual progression of exercise will make your fitness goes more attainable. All the while, smile, have fun and believe in yourself! Working out with friends also makes exercise more enjoyable and holds you accountable.
